We use an inner company system to monitor all customer open orders at a daily base, open order status can be shared among all company departments any time in order to pursue a better On-time delivery rate, and we review the data every months to achieve better and better service. When an urgent order is released by customer, we try our best to meet order delivery date by working late or adding shifts, saying "no" or complaining is forbidden facing any urgent customer orders.
